Cookie Policy

Last updated: 18 October 2026. This page explains what cookies are, which ones we use, and how to control them.

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website, used to remember preferences or to analyse how the site is used.

2. Cookies We Use

lowvoltage.ro doesn't use its own session or authentication cookies — the marketing site doesn't require a user account. We use a single third-party tool, Microsoft Clarity, to understand how visitors navigate the site (click/scroll heatmaps and anonymised session recordings), which helps us identify usability issues and improve the site.

Microsoft Clarity may set the following categories of cookies (the exact list is maintained by Microsoft and may vary): session/visitor identifiers (e.g. _clck, _clsk) to tie interactions to the same browsing session, and traffic-analysis cookies (e.g. CLID, ANONCHK, MR, SM) used by Microsoft to operate the service. None of these cookies collect directly identifying data such as your name or email address.

For full details on Clarity's cookies, see Microsoft's official page: clarity.microsoft.com/legal/cookies.

3. How to Control Cookies

You can allow, block, or delete cookies directly from your browser settings. Blocking analytics cookies doesn't affect the site's functionality — you'll still be able to browse and use the contact form normally; we just won't be able to analyse your browsing behaviour.

  • Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies
  • Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security
  • Safari: Preferences → Privacy
  • Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions
